1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

   - No services will be performed, and no charges will be applicable if the client does not accept our terms and conditions.

   - Once terms and conditions are accepted by the client, they are liable for the payment of the agreed services.

 

2. No Refunds on Accepted Terms:

   - Refunds will not be issued for services that have been performed where the client has accepted the terms and conditions.

 

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

   - In the event that a client no longer requires our services due to cancellation of their moving plans, a refund will be issued.

   - To qualify for a refund under this condition, no services should have been performed by Hermes Logistics prior to the cancellation.
